Dr.S.Dhanvanthri Premvel B.A.M.S., F.I.C.A., F.W.A.I.M (U.S.A) , eldest son, joined hands with his father Dr.Somasekar from 1996 into this holy and authentic service with 7 In-Patient beds Dr.S.Dhanvanthri Premvel who completed his Ayurveda Graduation from 100 years old and renowned college called the Venkatramana Ayurveda College, Chennai. The reputed veteran physician, Dr.S.Dhanvanthri Premvel started his practice and slowly, Enhanced the PANCHA KARMA - which is one of the important specialty treatments of Ayurveda. This further emulsified the treatments very well along with internal medications. After the unfortunate sudden demise of Dr.Somasekar in 1997, the development and improvement of this hospital become the sole responsibility and fortune of Dr.S.Dhanvanthri Premvel. With God’s will and his father’s blessings, Dr.S.Dhanvanthri Premvel strived hard and brought about lots of positive changes in the institution by first introducing Physiotherapy, in 1999 and further Panchakarma became full-fledged work for in-patients and out-patients.

Dr.S.Dhanvanthri Premvel, with his fullest and wholehearted dedication, served people through Out-Patient consultation from 8.30 in the morning till 8.30 in the evening. The count of patients would go up to more than 100 or 120 a day which is still the same to date.
